The Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems (UAMPS) is now accepting applications for their annual scholarship program. As a UAMPS member city, high school students in our community are eligible to apply for these valuable educational opportunities.
For Sophomores & Juniors: Summer Camp + $500 Scholarship
Current sophomore and junior students can apply for:
- FREE week-long summer camp (July 6-10, 2026)
- $500 scholarship check
- Opportunity to earn additional scholarship money during camp
- Application deadline: Essays due by midnight on April 3, 2026
For Seniors: $2,500 Educational Scholarship
High school seniors are eligible for:
- $2,500 scholarship for continuing education after graduation
- Requirements: 3.0+ GPA and plans for post-secondary education
- Application deadline: Essays due by midnight on February 28, 2026
